I was very happy with customer service, particularly in requsting a new size (large) when the medium I’d ordered was too small. I hadn’t expected a reply over the weekend. But my Saturday email inquiring about the exchange was met that same day with a positive, supportive response. The large was sent out on the Sunday. Other positives: tracking of package and delivery notifications were available, and despite being too small, the T-shirt quality and styling were top-notch
