Your website is HORRIBLE!!!
I spent hours looking through your products, adding to my wish list, and adding items to the cart. When I returned, after eating dinner, my cart was now EMPTY!! WHAT???!!!!! I was STILL SIGNED IN, but everything VANISHED while I stepped away for a few minutes. Fairly annoyed, I went to my wish list, which had 65 items. I selected a couple of items to add to the cart. While in the cart, on its own, the website added ALL 65 items from my wish list. I did NOT click on the button to add all. As I stated, I was looking at the cart, so NOWHERE near the wish list. Now extremely annoyed, I went through, and removed item after item after item ad nauseam. Most of the items had been added TWICE!! So, it took WAY TOO LONG to get all those removed from the cart. Then, I went back to my wish list to start all over again, adding items to the cart. BUT … MY WISH LIST WAS EMPTY!!!!!!! Apparently, when I removed the 65 items from the cart, it also REMOVED THEM FROM MY WISH LIST, TOO!!!!! AAAHHH!!! HOURS spent selecting items, and adding them to my wish list were A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!! Could your website BE ANY WORSE???!! ONLY because I really wanted 4 of the items I originally selected, did I go back, and try to remember what they were, so I could do a search for each, and added them AGAIN to the cart. Plus, you’re deceitful in the discount codes you offer. Since I had several choices, I tried each code to determine the smallest total amount. It appears that you think people will use the FREE code for 3 items, as who wouldn’t want a free item? BUT, that doesn’t result in the lowest total for my 4 items. Then, I tried the 50% off code for 2 items. Most people would think that 50% off is a GREAT deal. But AGAIN, it doesn’t result in the lowest total for my 4 items. Your website goes over and beyond about the 15% off for first-time customers, but, that, too, DOESN’T result in the lowest total for my 4 items. The code that saved me the most was C30, 30% off each and every item. I’m sure that you’re counting on the majority of people not taking the time to compare the outcome of each coupon code. So, therefore, they are getting RIPPED OFF, paying more for their purchases than is necessary. Just how much extra revenue is your company receiving because of the deceitfulness of your so-called coupon codes??? I assume you’re counting on the majority of your customers not being as diligent as I am. Yeah, SOME customer service!! And, your FREE gift is a JOKE!! I’m from New Mexico, and, as such, I’ve worn real turquoise my entire life. While your FREE GIFT claims to be turquoise, it is nothing but CHEAP PLASTIC!!!! Maybe the majority of your customers would be thrilled with the pretty, FREE bracelet. But, you’re NOT FOOLING ME!! I know the difference between REAL turquoise and CHEAP JUNK!! Lastly, your website is the SLOWEST one I’ve ever encountered. Since I do all my shopping online, it is NOT an exaggeration that I have visited literally THOUSANDS of websites. Congratulations, yours is BY FAR the WORST!!!!!!! Now that I’ve purchased the items I wanted, after being put through HELL to complete the order, I will NEVER go to your HORRENDOUS website again!!!!! As a business professional, I wonder how in the world your company continues to even exist. I CAN’T be the ONLY customer who has had a NIGHTMARE experience with your website, and has vowed to NEVER RETURN. Guess what? There are TONS of jewelry websites from which to choose. One or more of your competitors will get ALL my future business.
