Frustrating experience – Poor sizing, massive delays, and automated service
I cannot recommend this company. I ordered a shirt, strictly adhering to the sizing guidelines provided on their website, but the item that arrived is too small and unwearable. The delivery delays were absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted customer service to complain, I was met with an unhelpful, generic canned response telling me to track a package that had actually just arrived. I have requested a return and a full refund for the entire order—including an inappropriate 'free gift" they threw in—but the overall experience has been highly frustrating. Save your money and shop elsewhere. And they're not Tibetan but you'd guessed that
