Sold me a PS+ Essential 12 month code that doesn't work. Has not kept my order history from where all the information needed for a reclamation would be available. Customer service drowns me in questions from what appears to be bots and throws the burden of proof of purchase on my end. I deal with stores that have kept my order history all the way to 2005 but this company can't be bothered to have it even for 2 years.
