My camera died!
One of my indoor cameras went out overnight last week. So, I called Frontpoint. They were busy and returned my call a few minutes later. An agent named Kenny G helped me. The problem partially was that I was on 2 different WiFi services. Kenny was awesome, took all the time necessary to diagnose and fix the problem. It turned out that I was was unaware of many of the features that my system had available and as such was not using. I'm 75 years old and not terribly computer savvy, but Kenny took all the time necessary to walk me through many features and benefits of this sophisticated system. 2 hours later we were done. I now am aware and using the security system much more effectively thanks to his care, patience and knowledge base. I couldn't be happier with the service I had received that day. My hat's off to Frontpoint and Kenny. Will continue to be a happy satisfied customer.
