I brought a personalised heart ring of my parents- order number - #166719 on 28th January and I still haven’t received it!? Customer service TERRIBLE as their ignored FIVE EMAILS!!! I spent a lot of money on that ring and it would also mean the world to me to have the ring I purchased being it a picture of my late mother and father. 😞 so disappointed and unhappy. Please DONT ASK ME TO EMAIL YOUR SUPPORT AS IVE EMAILED FIVE TIMES AND YOU HAVE MADE NO CONTACT!!! I would tell customers NOT TO PURCHASE FROM SHEOWN. It’s clearly hot and miss if your actually receive your purchase or a refund!!!
