I have had the EaseFab Video Converter Ultimate (Family - 5 PCs) since the middle of February of 2024. It has never lived up to it's hype. I have continually had problems trying to RIP even regular DVDs much less BluRay discs. It's advertised that it can RIP a DVD in 5 minutes and it would take several hours and I have an Intel7 and a 2 Terabyte hard drive. Customer support is basically non-existent. The software is European and its development and support is absolutely terrible. Don't spend even $.01 on this software.
