Don't use this service
Don't use this service. Their charge is 40-50% more than RENF.com (Spanish trains). The Rail Ninja site leads you to believe you get to pick your seat on the train, but it's just kind of a 'preference' thing -- neither acknowledged or guaranteed. My complaints to Customer Service were just met with bot-like email replies. Just go to RENF.com instead -- pick your seat, pay less.
