I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an airline ticket with Andrew, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I spoke with him, he was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were on the phone for a while, but it was not awkward, he provided helpful information about checking in early and how I can call back if I have any questions or issues about anything.
