This company asked me to rate their product after buying a policy which is really irrelevant and inappropriate. The quality of the insurance company is only measured by how they handle claims. They should not be asking people how their experience was with the company when they purchase it because of course purchasing is easy. The difficult issue is when there is a claim and how they manage that.
