Do Not Pay For Expedited Shipping

There was no “demand”- they asked me to delete my initial review and they would expedite shipping and I placed two orders not three. These people are liars and I have the emails to prove it. Tonight they wrote me begging to remove my review but poor customer service, a failure to admit they know I had two orders for two rings is simple to prove with the transaction data. Two rings arrived and I was pleased. I ordered two more and paid for expedited shipping 4-8 days but yesterday when I asked why it’s still stuck in Chicago many days they sent an email from China saying “be patient it will be 3-5” more days which is not what I paid for. I have asked for a refund of the expedited shipping fee of 25 dollars and continue to wait and wait and wait. No refund no rings within 4-8 days per their website. Do not use expedited shipping as it is not reliable. I have their email offering to waive expedited shipping if I deleted my initial review about not being offered to buy expedited shipping and I did. That was for my first order. For my second purchase, I did pay $25 for expedited shipping. They saw this review and wrote me today claiming I paid for expedited shipping for DHL but not for Yun which is a lie since they offered to expedite at no charge if I removed my review so yesterday, I asked them to refund $25 for expedited shipping since they didn’t give me expedited shipping. In addition the rings that were delivered were from my first order and they expedited it as they promised so now they’re lying because I did pay expedited shipping for the second order which still has not been delivered and they consistently mislead you and now they lie so I’m giving them only one star when in fact, they deserve zero do not buy from Tom Jewel there are other companies that sell these cheap costume jewelry items that are based in the United States. I do not trust Tom Jewel to deliver nor should you. Please find me in social media to see their emails and mine in chronological order.
