We purchased a $3,400 pool, and the liner they sent was completely undersized and unusable. Unfortunately, we discovered this while contractors were on-site installing the pool, which caused immediate delays and additional labor costs. When we contacted the company, we expected them to take responsibility for the mistake. Instead, they offered only $150 and a $100 store credit—despite the liner retailing for over $650. They also wanted us to package and return the incorrect liner while our project was stalled. This situation cost us both time and money, and their response felt dismissive given the impact of their error. We are extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability and would not recommend purchasing from them based on our experience.
