Exceeded expectations. The only supplier with solid brass badges.
The product and service was exceptional. Of all the suppliers we contacted, Custometalcrafts was the only one that truly supplied solid brass badges - all the other suppliers provided brass plated only. Cathy was a great communicator and answered all our questions promply and helped us through the process of designing the badge. We will definitely be ordering more in the future
