amazing customer serivce
i needed a part for my smartphone, so i ordered one there. 3 days later i noticed i don't really need it so i wrote them a short email, asking them for a cancelation. a few hours later they wrote me back saying is the part is already at the delivery company sorting warehouse and they'd come back to if they know if a cancelation is still possible. a few more hours and it was confirmed. i could cancle and would get my money back in few days. very nice customer service! :)
