Responsive Customer Support
Have used Jetpac multiple times when traveling. Although one installed without issues, the 2nd pack assigned to someone else didn’t install correctly through the app. While waiting for customer support, went ahead and tried manual QR code install, which worked. Support ended up assigning a new pack, which wasn’t necessary since original finally installed. Overall a good outcome but it would be 5 stars if no issues were encountered. Several times support was able to resolve install issues and large data bundled pricing is still one of the best. Shout out to Pavi and Randi. Recommended!
