If you compare it with other platforms - like one huge well-known giant - this one has pretty reasonable purchase and refund policies. I haven’t personally returned anything yet, but I’ve seen others do it successfully. I do wish there were more variety, but it is what it is. I once had an incident where a product was a bit raw - I reached out to support, they replied right away, but couldn’t fix it immediately and started pushing the developers. A couple of days later, the issue was resolved and the product worked perfectly. Before that, I had bought a tool that builds funnels and automates both routine and complex tasks - and I’m still thrilled with it. Overall, I recommend the platform, but make sure to read the terms carefully and always remember that some products might not take off or could get discontinued - that’s not really the platform’s fault, even though they do screen the listings.
