SCAM
SCAM - BEWARE Ordered the eyebrow pencils 2.5 months ago. They never arrived, I have inquired several times and they say there was something wrong with the address (there is not), and as it can’t be shipped back to their warehouse (why not?!), they haven’t given me a refund yet despite being asked several times, and are asking for a FURTHER amount in order to try shipping it to me again. Total scam - I order things online regularly and they arrive in days.
