Amazing package and customer service! Thank you for the lovely extra touches with my order. I bought the Leonardo Momento Magico in EF (with custom nib tuning and smoothing) + additional ink. It took only 3 days from Netherlands to Australia, when it was ready to ship. So impressed when the I opend the box - beautifully and so neatly wrapped with lovely paper and the golden Appelbloom logo. All was perfectly intact and well packaged. The bonus was two Stroopwafel mini sweets which we enjoyed so much! It was a lovely added touch from the Netherlands, considering the distance this package went. Thank you so much Joost for answering all my questions about the package, so helpfully! I will definitely be buying from Appelbloom again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and care.
