Minibook failed after 2 weeks
Minibook failed after 2 weeks I ordered a Minibook X in December. It failed after 2 weeks. Refused to boot 80% of the time. When I did get it to start up it would blue screen within a few minutes. Windows diagnostic reported power supply issues, so obviously a failure from the factory. All of this was documented and communicated to Chuwi support. The Chuwi warranty is worth less than nothing. After contacting Chuwi support they first wasted my time insisting I reinstall windows multiple times, providing an ISO at 5 kbps. If you are not technical enough to flash an ISO support presumably ends here. Some weeks later they requested I ship it back to them at my own expense. This cost another 80 euro. Despite the carrier assuring me it was delivered Chuwi say they have not received it and will not honour the warranty. End result 380 euro for a laptop that lasted all of two weeks. Terrible product, terrible company
