Wendy Kressler is the living embodiment…
Wendy Kressler is the living embodiment of consummate customer service. In an era where customer service is a one way "I run this " from the company to the customer, Wendy made me feel "special" as a customer She deserves major KUDOS for her customer-centered interactions on the two calls that we have shared. If TOCO can procure the services of more employees of her character, the stars are the limit for hiw far the company can grow!!
