Unfortunately, there’s another sober Monkey company out there that has fantastic reviews. Beware of confusing the two like I did. Customer service email doesn’t work, you can’t get anyone to respond and they have no phone number. Ordered my hat three or four days ago and while they were quick, detect their money, I received nothing from them. Beware, I’ve had to close mine account that I used the debit to purchase this item.
