HappyeasyGo: Nightmare Booking Experience - Still Waiting for Refund (2 Years Later!)
terrible experience with HappyeasyGo. Back in 2022, I booked a flight through their platform that unfortunately got cancelled by the airline. While the airline itself processed a refund, it seems HappyeasyGo has been holding onto that money for the past two years. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I've been met with nothing but dead ends. My emails go unanswered, and their phone support seems non-existent. It's incredibly frustrating to be out this money for such a long period, especially since the airline confirmed the refund was sent to HappyeasyGo. This experience has left me feeling cheated and completely dissatisfied with HappyeasyGo's service. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable.
