Impressive Products and Customer Service
I recently placed my first Flower Knows order and it will not be my last! I had a query and customer service were very fast to respond. I ordered the Swan Ballet all in gift set. My order was processed immediately and shipped very fast. I was provided with tracking information and was able to keep track of my order each step of the way. It also arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, I was a disappointed as a couple of the items arrived broken. However, I contacted customer service to explain the situation and they responded promptly, apologising and offering a choice of solutions. I was initially attracted to Flower Knows makeup due to the beautiful packaging. It looks even nicer in person and the quality of the makeup is fantastic. I cannot wait to use it all and buy more products in the future! Thank you Flower Knows
