Items received one month later and no customer support available
After the initial order, I didn’t hear anything anymore from them. They also don’t reply to my reclaims and refund requests. I strongly advise not to order anything from them. Update: received a mail about a claim that the items where shipped on 20/07, more than two weeks after I ordered with option for fast delivery using FedEx (Costed me 22 EUR for nothing). The items actually arrived on 05.08, so one month after order. I also had to pay extra Import tax although I didn’t see any sign about it before when I paid. Items quality in general seems quite OK. The excessive delivery time plus inexisting customer relationship is the real problem.
