Huge scam, out $80 now
I bought the 6800 or something pack of primogems for Genshin on June 18th. It was to be delivered that day like 30 minutes later. I reached out to their customer service team and after a while, after every message I sent, they just sent me the purchase saying “confirmed and delivered.” I lost my money, because even a month later, I still haven’t gotten my money back. I attempted to dispute my purchase with Paypal, and they denied it because my evidence wasn’t enough. Their evidence was that same photo, even though it was fake.
