CSSBUY one of the best but lacking customer support.
They are one of the oldest in the industry and are still standing but one of the main problems is the platform customer support aswell with discord staff. They do not want to cooperate and listen to customers and this is from way back, even in 2021 it was the same. I told them about a problem with a recent parcel, how because of their mistake (making a parcel box with other parcel boxes, like they are building lego and leaving empty space within the parcel box=more volumetric) I got charged more. Only with many requests that I have sent them, and a lot of photos and videos of me opening the parcel they offered to compensate me, stating that the insurance that has been offered by them does not protect the whole parcel, only some products but they "will still compensate me" with a small amount that in my opinion is an insult towards me. I am pretty disappointed with the approach they are using at the moment. I hope that in the future they are going to understand customer needs if they want to stand as the best in the industry. In the meantime I am still going to ship parcels with them because they are very fast.
