Unsolvable driver issue - cannot download drivers!
I ordered the GMKTEC K10 mini pc from Amazon last fall. I have had mouse freezing issues from the beginning. The issue is that the mouse loses focus, and I have to CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get it back. I have tried multiple keyboard and mice, to no avail. I believe it needs a driver update after a Windows update, but the drivers are on Google Drive and this cheap company does not pay for the upgrade, so the downloads are constantly being exceeded. Meaning, I cannot get the drivers. Why they do not have their own server hosting update files for consumers is beyond me. This is cheap, but the company is in China, so they obviously do not care about their customers. The overall performance is fine, but when you consider I have to constantly recover my mouse function 15x per day, I would rather throw this computer against the wall (or run over it with a truck) than continue to use it. Cheap company with bad support. Will never buy from them again.
