Laafic SMS Provider: Extremely Unreliable – Avoid for High-Volume Campaigns
I recently used Laafic SMS Provider for a campaign targeting over 100,000 numbers in the Indonesia region, and the experience was a complete disaster. Despite their system reporting all messages as "successfully delivered," not a single SMS was received by recipients. There was zero traffic or delivery confirmation on the receiving end. Their platform falsely claims deliveries without any actual transmission, wasting time, money, and resources. Support was unresponsive, and no resolution was provided. Be extremely cautious with this company – they are not suitable for any serious SMS needs, especially in Indonesia. ==================================== Laaffic recently requested data for numbers that were not delivered via response in here. Answer ; about 90% of those listed in the broadcast. Communication took place via Telegram, and the person in charge from Laaffic was quite arrogant, making it feel more like a one‑way conversation; if they claimed the messages were delivered, then that was final.
