A great product and service
A great product and I am delighted with my Earthing Shoes. I did have a problem initially, since the shoes were smaller than I had expected, even though I had followed the sizing guide on the website. It was a bit tricky to get the replacement process going, but once I had completed the initial formalities the customer support was excellent and I even had the replacement shoes dispatched to an address in a different country to the address where they first pair had initially been sent.
