I do not have a Ulefone, which might be better the same. I asked some simple pre-purchase questions, but when they actually replied, they twisted the answer to what I was not even asking. And that is when I actually got a reply. If it is so hard to answer simple pre-purchase questions, it is a company I will stay far away from, as I doubt their products are worthwhile. And I suggest you do the same.
