Extremely communicative, adaptable, great prices
I reached out to many companies to manufacture my game, Super Battle Pets. I had a complicated scenario, and it was tough to communicate with most manufacturers, whose responses were usually short and tough to decipher. The folks at Hero Time were always the first to respond, their responses were clear, and they went out of their way to come up with a creative solution that fit my needs and budget. They're the only manufacturing company I've worked with where I feel 100% confident that any question or problem I have will be resolved on their end.
