SCAM, SCAM and more SCAM
Ordered three (3) pairs of shoes and O M G - RUBBISH ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - not even worth giving to charity! Yes, I wrote immediately after I received my shoes wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into a ziplock bag and all stuffed into a post bag which was too small. Quality is appalling. Plastic no leather. Stitching falling apart - aren't even usable! Got the standard email 'We are so sorry and want to make you happy email' offering to give me 25% of my money back (yes for their faulty shoes which were NOT what was described) and their generous offer that I can keep these horrible things! and yes, I got the 'it will cost you $50 to send back to China' with the caveat 'if it gets there we'll refund you 100%' .... they sent me a 'return form' which was just a plain piece of paper with no logo, no company information and not much more and an address in China. Yes, I googled the address which according to google doesn't exist - some of it did and it was a massive industrial estate. Which basically means the address they've given me is a false one and/or my 'return' wouldn't end up ever getting to the right place - and I'd be out of pocket even more and they would keep all my money! .... so ended up accepting 50% refund which was in my account this morning ... @trustpilot I notice on the other armoure review site which is for the same company there are a number of '5 star' reviews - its strange they are all from Ireland! So I'm guessing this company is using some of the money they ripped off from me to pay someone to create multiple accounts and place false reviews to get their star rating up!
