There was a horrible, enormous delivery delay with no information for client service. The delivery was after three weeks of billing. The merchandise receipt deteriorated. However, I need to contact support to obtain a replacement for my lost and forgotten merchandise in the box. There is no news or repose from Pechepromo. I'm always waiting for a response!
