Ordered 3 shirts that were supposed to be linen. Not. Shirts didn't fit, so I reached out for a return. Got reply saying freight shipping charges were expensive and I could keep the shirts and get a bonus 10% off next purchase. I then told them I didn't want to do this. No reply. Sent another email. Mailbox full. Have been unsuccessfully trying to email but no response.
