I purchased this unit in April 2025
I purchased this unit in April 2025. It is now June 2025 and I have not been able to use it. I called the service number and they established numerous tickets, elevated some and still have not heard from anybody. I would like to send this unit back to get my money back 196067, 206321, 211701, 222108. Have various information in the chats. no response as of June 19, 2025 please stay away. Save yourself some aggravation.. it’s a shame. Spoke to them again today They said they sent it to the wrong department. That’s why I never got any response.sure .. Still never got my label to return it They said by Monday, I should have it sure will let you know. Gave me another ticket number.223082 Should be in contact with Mr. Wei.
