Avoid like the plague
Never again. Terrible experience, not to be repeated or recommended to others. Paid for the booked ride for the hotel-jfk route, the driver never showed up nor did he ever contact me to inform me of the delay. While I was waiting in vain for my driver, a second taxi driver FROM THE SAME COMPANY offered to take me paying double the amount I had paid in vain and I imagine leaving stranded the person who had booked and paid for his ride. Not even in the Far West. In the end I had to pay for a NYC taxi (very honest and fast).
