I have just completed attending Vince Tan’s World Masterclass in entrepreneurship for 4 consecutive nights after work and I was consistently blown away by his sharing of extraordinary wisdom honed from years of experiences in growing companies, not just his own, but with the same passion of helping his students grow theirs. Students in the class kept remarking how they wished they could have his brainy way of thinking! I say this as one who has a MBA from one of the top universities in UK and as a lecturer in a business school. Despite how tired I had been after work, listening to him and his mentees, now successful business people themselves, talk about lessons learnt regarding personal journeys of challenges culminating in successes was inspiring and eye-opening. It was like an adrenaline rush for my brain and my heart! His sessions were so different from many courses I have attended because he shared implementation strategies and the correct mindset to carry them out. He shared so unreservedly in so many ways, after diagnosing what was limiting us, to address our lack of particular skills, lack of contacts or lack of knowledge to raise funds for a business. What I was particularly drawn to was his heartfelt passion of what drives him despite him being able to retire and enjoy life with his loved ones. He is such a visionary with a very humble servant-leader heart! His vision to build a community of likeminded entrepreneurs in building wealth with the ultimate goal to uplift people resonates with me too. That is our responsibility with the life given to us here in this world. Honestly, I feel so blessed to have found quite a few remarkable mentors with a big heart and one of them without a doubt is Vince Tan!
