GRRRRRREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been a customer of Spartan for a couple of years and during my recent order I must have accidently checked the auto-ship feature which processed an order ahead of my needs. I replied to email order summary and Joan replied back to me in just a few quick minutes and helped me cancel the order and turn off my auto-ship feature. It was 100% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I wish more companies were able to manage things as quickly and efficiently - THANK YOU JOAN!!!
