NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Firstly we have had two deliveries where there was NO dry ice present, fortunately the contents were okay. Secondly while the quality of the meat is good, their customer non-service is atrocious. When calling New York, you're put through to an overseas call center (suspect Philippines) who are most unhelpful. We have cancelled our account due to a billing issue Good Chop would not rectify.
