Don’t bother buying from them ngl
I bought a scooter from niu EU website and i was told it would take about 2-7 working days to get it delivered to me but its been more than a week and they haven’t even sent it yet. Im quite disappointed . And plus they won’t even cancel the order after i asked them to.
