I have had a very good experience with SAVA. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and communication has been smooth throughout. The team has been easy to reach and willing to assist when needed. I am also very happy with the bike itself. The quality, performance and overall ride feel have been excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations for the price. Overall a very positive experience.
