Great product. Great customer service. Pay close attention to the subscription!
So far, I have found the customer service outstanding. Probably one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I do not like that they sneak in a subscription for a digital platform that probably most women will not use. I would rather pay a little bit more for the product, and have the company be fully transparent when checking out. I feel like this sneaky business of adding hidden fees, especially subscriptions, is becoming the norm, and if you’re confident in your product, it shouldn’t be. As for the product itself, I have been using it for about two weeks now, and I 100% see a significant decrease in my hair loss. I have been on tirzepatide for about seven or eight months. My hair loss started around June. It’s now, August. When I say, I was pulling out clumps of hair, I mean, I was literally pulling out clumps of hair. My hair strands are very thin, but I have a lot of hair, so it means breakage happens a lot, but I felt like it was actually coming out at the roots. I have washed my hair, probably five times in the last two weeks, and whereas I still see breakage going down the drain, as far as hair coming out at the roots, and clumps like it was before, not happening at all. I would say a difference of about 100 strands of hair per wash before, and maybe 20 now. Definitely recommend the product. Customer service is outstanding. My only complaint is the business model and sneaking in a subscription of $25 a month that serves no purpose. The company needs to do better about full transparency, and ensuring people understand what that subscription is for.
