This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Instead of full refund, we have received this email back: "Dear customer, Thank you for providing us with the necessary information. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused and are here to make things right. Before we can handle your return request, we want to make clear that under our return policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping costs will fluctuate depending on the courier service you opt for. To make things easier, we'd like to offer a couple of no-return options for your consideration: A coupon code valued at 15USD, which you can use on your next purchase from our website. Or a direct refund of 30% (7.8GBP) to your original payment account. Please kindly let us know which one works best for you, and we'll handle the rest. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We’re here to support you and look forward to finding a solution that works for you." Pure waste of money.
