Flight was delayed
So our only flight with this company was delayed by 13 hours. One good thing is that they provided a really good hotel with buffet so that we can wait for the flight in comfort and organised transfers from airport to hotel and back. The plane though was quite uncomfortable, there is no entertainment on the screen, just the flight information and the seating is a bit small. It was also very cold in the airport and on the plane so I asked for a blanket and turned out they only sell them, for 8$. You will also need to pay for all the drinks and snacks and there was only 1 free meal, I assume because it was a 7-hour flight. In general, I wouldn't recommend using their services, but if you already bought a ticket, at least get warm clothes and food/snacks in carry-on luggage.
