Misinterpretation of product
Misinterpretation of product! Purchased Prada Candy for 100ml. Placed order and checked all good on the order form. Received the perfume with DO stating 100ml. However, the actual perfume is only 80ml. I took a photo and contacted Zalora. I asked for replacement and Zalora claimed that it does not come in 100ml. Then why it was 100ml on your website, order confirmation and even the delivery note?! They have refused to replace as I have removed the plastic wrapper. The perfume is intact with seal stopper, but they refused to replace it! Bad experience and wasting my time.
