I bought an autel ap200 obd reader back in 2022 and I had a mercedes, so I selected the mercedes lifetime software. I recently changed car to a BMW therefore the merc software was useless to me and my only option was to buy the bmw software for £20 a year. I got incontact with autel on WhatsApp and explained my issed and they swapped me onto a lifetime bmw software. Very helpful and great product for the price.
