Do not recommend, Although the product is all natural, and may be good for some who want a boost throughout the day, I did not notice any change in energy level, on top of that, the tablets themselves taste like a bitter Flintstones vitamin, additionally, after 4 to 5 hours I felt an incredible level of exhaustion and crash like none other, And worst of all upon hitting my stomach they seem to have started foaming which caused incredible intestinal discomfort over the course of 2 and 1/2 days Other people I have talked to have had the same issues complaining of constipation or bloating.
