Awful customer service. SLOW processing
I placed an order seven days ago. I paid for expedited shipping and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve emailed customer service five times looking for an update and I have not heard back. I’m going to be calling my bank and doing a chargeback. They were quick to charge my card, but now that I’m asking for a refund because they haven’t fulfilled their end of the obligation…. Crickets
