Do not buy any Sharge products - you have been warned.
After watching MKBHD’s videos which featured a Shargeek battery bank, I shelled out $300 USD on a Storm2 Slim and two Flows in June 2023. One year and one month to the day, my Storm2 Slim isn’t accepting any charge via the USB-C port, turning it into a $169 brick. After seven battery cycles. After reading online about other issues with these battery banks, I was hopefully that Sharge would stand by their products - after all, the manual states "SHARGEEK warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase." I email them, they reply recommending that I use a 100w charge for 8 hours, I try that for 24 hours and nada. I let them know, and they tell me to pound sand - no other fixes, no repair service, no way to reset or repair the battery bank… after seven cycles my only option is to go pound sand.
