Bought the Nanoleaf string lights
Bought the Nanoleaf string lights. Worked great for a month. A firmware update went out and now only half my string lights work. Customer service is aweful! I did all the basic troubleshooting with no impromevent and they are like “try plugging them out and back in again” duh! That’s the first thing I did. Weeks of back and forth and they still aren’t working and responses take like a week. Worst buy!
